Interesting article here on Microsoft's effort to develop a low cost mobile phone to rival the efforts of the OLPC in the low-cost device market. Not much press on the "Fone+" which was released from Microsoft Research (specifically the Unlimited Potential Group); looks like an interesting target market and mission.
